Submission Guidelines

Applicants have the option to apply for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.

All accepted applicants will have their symposium registration fees refunded. and winning presentations will be eligible for a series of poster prizes.    

To speed up the submission process

  • Know the number and order of authors and collaborators

  • Proofread your draft of the abstract body

  • Note your Focus Topic and abstract keywords

  • Submit in plain text

Proof Your Abstract

  • Proof your abstract before submitting it!

  • Check your abstract length.

  • Check the spelling of everyone's name.

  • Make edits before starting the process.

Abstract Submission Checklist

To speed up the submission process and avoid errors, have this information ready: 

  • Title of your abstract

  • Number and order of authors and collaborators

  • Length of your abstract

  • Draft of the abstract body

  • Abstract Category (basic, translational, clinical or applied research)
